1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, Email address, and Mobile number provided during registration.
- User Content: Profile Photos and "Memories" (Images) that you choose to upload.
- App Usage Data: Device information (such as model, operating system version, device identifiers including Advertising ID where applicable), app usage statistics, crash reports, and analytics information.
- Location Data: Approximate location (Country, State, City) provided manually by you.
- Communication Data: Information related to messages, audio calls, video calls, and media shared between users.
- Media Files: Images, videos, voice messages, and other media content shared through the application.
- Internal App Call History & Metadata: Love On Clicks does not access or collect your device's system call logs. We only collect metadata related to calls made within the Love On Clicks application, including caller and receiver identifiers, call start time, call duration, and call status.
2. Location Information
We collect Approximate Location information that you provide manually in your profile settings. This information is used to personalize your experience and connect you with relevant profiles. We DO NOT access your device's precise location (GPS) or track your real-time movements.
3. Permissions Used
To provide a seamless communication experience, we request access to:
- Camera: To capture photos, participate in video calls, and upload profile pictures.
- Microphone: To make audio/video calls and record voice messages.
- Photos, Videos & Media Library: To select and share existing photos, videos, and media files from your device.
- Storage Access: To save and download media shared through chats.
- Notifications: To notify users about incoming messages, audio calls, video calls, and account updates.
- Internet: To enable messaging, media sharing, and audio/video calling functionality.
Special Permissions For Incoming Calls
Love On Clicks uses Android permissions including SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW ("Display Over Other Apps") and USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT solely to provide incoming audio and video call functionality.
These permissions allow the application to display incoming call screens when:
- The device is locked.
- The application is running in the background.
- The user is using another application.
These permissions are used only for incoming call notifications and call screens. Love On Clicks does not use these permissions for advertising, tracking, monitoring user activity, or collecting additional personal information.
4. How We Use Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain app features.
- Improve user experience and app performance.
- Show relevant ads via Google AdMob.
- Facilitate communication between users (Chat/Calls).
- Facilitate messaging, media sharing, audio calls, and video calls between users.
- Store and deliver user-shared media files securely.
- Maintain call records such as duration and call status for service functionality and troubleshooting.
Account Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data either through the application or by visiting:

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, media content, or communication data to third parties.
To provide messaging, media sharing, notifications, and calling features, we use trusted third-party service providers:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): Secure storage and delivery of images, videos, audio files, and other media content shared through the application.
- WebRTC / Agora: Real-time audio and video communication services.
- Google AdMob: Advertising services and ad performance analytics.
- Giphy SDK: GIF and Sticker search and sharing functionality within the chat interface.
Giphy Services: Our App integrates the Giphy SDK to provide GIF and Sticker search and sharing functionality within the chat interface. When you use this feature, Giphy (a service by Meta) may automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, device identifiers, and search queries, to provide the service and improve its functionality. This data is handled in accordance with Giphy's own Privacy Policy.
Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use the Advertising ID from your device to show personalized ads and measure ad performance. You can manage your advertising preferences or opt out of personalized advertising through your device's Google settings.
Media Sharing: Images, videos, voice messages, and other media files shared through chat may be securely stored on AWS S3 servers to facilitate delivery and synchronization between users.
Call Metadata: We may collect call-related information such as caller ID, receiver ID, call start time, call duration, and call status for service operation, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
No Call Recording: Audio and video conversations are processed in real time to establish communication between users. We do not record, store, or monitor the content of private calls.
Security: All data transmitted between the application, AWS services, Firebase services, and communication providers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS and secure communication channels.
9. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
To maintain a safe environment, Love On Clicks enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.
- Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from sharing sexually explicit, violent, hateful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Reporting & Blocking: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly through the app using the Report and Block features.
- Moderation: We review all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal, warning, temporary restriction, or permanent account suspension, generally within 24 hours of receiving a report.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You have full control over your data and may request account deletion at any time.
In-App Deletion: Users can delete their account from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Media Deletion: Users may delete media content shared through chats where supported by application functionality.
Account Removal: Upon account deletion, personal information, profile photos, chats, media files, and communication data will be removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to backup retention requirements.
7. Communication & Media Privacy
When you use our messaging and calling features, audio and video streams are processed securely in real time to facilitate communication between users.
Private audio and video calls are not recorded, stored, or monitored by LoveOnClicks.
Images, videos, and voice messages shared between users are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized participants of the conversation.
8. Age Restrictions
Our services are strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
